Brother, before you read another word, I want you to know something: this is not written to shame you. It’s not written to condemn you. It’s written because I love you enough to tell you the truth.

I’ve walked the very road you’re on right now. I know what it feels like to believe that same-sex attraction is who you are. I know what it feels like to embrace that lifestyle, thinking it’s freedom, only to find out later that it’s just another kind of prison. For years, I told myself the lie: “This is me. This is my truth. This is who I’ll always be.” But deep down, I knew something wasn’t right.

Then on January 13, 2020, everything changed. I encountered God’s love in a way that broke chains I didn’t think could ever be broken. He didn’t come to me with anger or condemnation. He came with compassion and truth. And in that moment, I heard Him clearly: “Daniel, this is not who I made you to be. You are Mine.”

That’s why I’m writing to you. Because I know the lies you’re fighting. I know the pull of desires that feel impossible to resist. But I also know this: you are not stuck. You are not beyond God’s reach. You are not forever defined by what you feel today.

This set of conversations is not a lecture. It’s me sitting across the table from you, as one man who’s been there, telling you the truth that set me free. Over the next pages, we’ll talk about compassion and truth, God’s design for marriage and sexuality, identity, the cost of living in this lifestyle, the hope of transformation, practical steps toward coming home, and finally, a reminder that God’s arms are still open to you.

I’m not offering you theory. I’m offering you the same hope I found. My prayer is that you’ll hear more than my words—you’ll hear the Father’s voice calling you home.

Because, brother, you are His. And He’s not done with you.
